Annabelle McNutt graduated from Queen’s University with both a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master’s of Physical Therapy. She has worked in both Ontario and Calgary, Alberta at busy private orthopaedic clinics and has now settled in Perth to immerse in a specialized profession in pelvic health. Annabelle is extremely passionate about her work, hoping to bring light to the importance of pelvic floor preventative and rehabilitative care, ending the stigma behind talking about sexual health, bladder/bowel function, and the well-being of our “private parts”. She takes a wholistic approach to care, utilizing education, manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, soft tissue release, and exercise prescription to ensure that each client receives an independently tailored treatment plan. She has taken a number of specialized courses in pelvic health to date and continues to regularly pursue more. She also has the training to fit clients with pessary devices. Annabelle enjoys living an active lifestyle and staying busy with her husband and her three small children. Annabelle is currently on maternity leave, but will be back in the clinic in April 2026!
