She takes a wholistic approach to care, utilizing education, manual therapy, acupuncture/dry needling, soft tissue release, and exercise prescription to ensure that each client receives an independently tailored treatment plan. She has taken a number of specialized courses in pelvic health to date and continues to regularly pursue more. She also has the training to fit clients with pessary devices.
